Both. Whether I’ve built your site or not, I can step in to support an existing Finalsite website. New clients start with a discovery call, followed by access setup and a full audit of your site before we begin any updates, so I understand your structure, content, and goals before making changes.
What kinds of Finalsite tasks can you help with?
I handle the day-to-day work that keeps a Finalsite website running smoothly, including page edits in Composer, navigation updates, form changes, calendar and events management, photo and video updates, blog and news posts, and staff directory updates. I also offer training sessions for your staff and can work directly with Finalsite Support on your behalf when something needs their team’s attention.
